Theatre Practitioner
Haywards Heath Hospital Nursing Fixedterm contract Full time Includes weekend work
Up to 38025.00 per annum depending on experience
37.5 hours per week

As a Theatre Practitioner at our hospital youll be focused detailoriented empathetic with great communication skills.Youre registered with the appropriate governing body and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration including NMC or HCPC. With postregistration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment youre a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
As a Theatre Practitioneryou will:
Work in a multi disaplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
Use stateoftheart technology equipment and facilities
Supervise support and develop junior members of the team
Provide highquality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
Create highquality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development which can include Surgical First Assist training.

Opened in 1993 and close to the centre of Haywards Heath the Nuffield Health Haywards Heath Hospital provides a wide range of medical services from minor procedures through to major surgical specialties. With three operating theatres 1 is laminar flow comprehensive outpatient facilities including a 3T MRI scanner an excellent onsite preassessment clinic physiotherapy department and 26 ensuite rooms on the ward.
