- A proven track record in automotive sales management

- Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital systems

Key Responsibilities
- Lead manage and inspire the sales team to exceed targets
- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Manage daily operations including deal files handovers and sales pipeline
- Ensure compliance and deliver a consistent highquality customer experience
- Promote a culture of innovation continuous improvement and high achievement
- Recruit train and resource the sales team to support longterm success
Working Hours
- Weekend working (both Saturday and Sunday) with days off in the week
- 4 Days week 1 5 days week 2
- 1 Weekend off Per month
