Job Description

We have an opportunity for 2 Personal Assistants to join the PA Hub both are full time roles with 1 being permanent and the other a 9month fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave. Please indicate your preference within your application.

About the role:

Were looking for individuals to take up the role of Personal Assistant. You will be the point of contact for AD/Directors within the PA Hub of the Directorate that you would be responsible for supporting. You will act as an ambassador for the service and Council by providing excellent customer services to a range of stakeholders including senior officers and Elected Members.

You will provide professional organisational support to corporate leadership through the delivery of executive personal assistant services. Be the point of contact for the Leadership Team acting as an ambassador for the Council by providing an excellent customer service.

About the candidate:

Were looking for someone who will thrive in a fastpaced environment where no two days are the same understand its people and how the services work; make decisions and take appropriate action whilst working through competing demands; manage diaries effectively; work on their own initiative and maintain confidentiality.
