About the team and the role:

Were looking for a seasoned datadriven and commercially minded leader to join eBays Connectivity Partner Manager team as Head of Partners Development EU. A critical role within our organization responsible for driving growth of our strategic managed partners companies that provide services that plug into eBays platform (such as listing tools).

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of leading highperforming teams and collaborating crossfunctionally to deliver against ambitious growth. As part of the role youll often engage with partners on topics like platform integration and connectivity so a general familiarity with APIs is helpful to support scalable and effective solutions.

This is a leadership role with direct line management responsibilities reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Greater China Advertising.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Drive the partner growth strategy at EU level overseeing GoToMarket strategies outreach negotiations product integrations and execution.

  • Shape and be responsible for partner comarketing and enablement initiatives through Joint Business agreements including webinars case studies events and promotions.

  • Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams including product & engineering marketing legal analytics and operations to implement strategies and ensure the ongoing success of your roster of managed partners across Europe.

  • Setting and maintaining high standards for measurable performance and execution aligning with wider company goals objectives and key results (OKRs) SMART goals ultimately growing Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and Ad Rev goals through managed partners.

  • Act as a representative of the team at major industry and eBayhosted events such as eBay Open.

  • Lead engagement with senior partners across European markets fostering strong collaboration and alignment on regional initiatives.

  • Coach and develop direct reports while championing the culture of our Global Seller Development organization.

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience driving complex crossfunctional initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven decision making.

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing fast paced and ambiguous environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Including global marketing teams and a roster of agency partners.

  • Experience in commerce/retail consumer goods or internet services.

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in English is required with German language skills considered an advantage.
