Safecall is a whistleblowing service provider helping organisations establish an independent safe and confidential reporting system since 1999. Our whistleblowing hotline and online reporting allows employees to Speak Up and report their concerns to the highest levels of management. Department

Safecall provides a 24 hours a day 7 days a week call bureau allowing employees of our clients to contact us and report wrongdoing.

Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and empathetic call centre representatives to join our team. This role is crucial for providing a confidential reporting facility to employees of our client organisations within the construction sector in the Middle East. The ideal candidates will possess great customer service skills the ability to quickly understand customer organisations what they do the problems they have and possess a high degree of confidentiality and impartiality.


Main Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Conduct great conversations to gather information while maintaining impartiality and confidentiality
  • Understand and navigate complex organisational structures and issues
  • Provide accurate and timely information to callers
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions
  • Adhere to highquality standards and protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work in shifts

Is this you

Essential Knowledge Skills Experience

  • Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and impartiality
  • Strong problemsolving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex organisations and their issues
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Preferred Knowledge Skills Experience

  • Experience working with clients from the Middle East
  • Knowledge of the construction sector
  • Multilingual abilities especially in Arabic Hindi Urdu or Tamil
