Location: London Office Based EC1V 7LQ (Hybrid: MonThu inoffice Fri remote)

Ready to take ownership of Wayfairs most highprofile events and influence how millions shop for their homes

Join Wayfair as a Major Campaigns Lead and take the reins of our primary promotional campaigns across the UK and Ireland from Black Friday to Way Day and everything in between. Youll lead crossfunctional teams own strategy and execution and bring your analytical firepower to drive performance across both B2C and B2B platforms.

This role isnt just about managing campaigns its about transforming them. Youll steer the roadmap improve the customer experience and elevate promotional strategy for one of Europes fastestgrowing eCommerce giants. What Youll Do

  • Lead the endtoend strategy execution and continuous optimisation of Wayfairs major European campaigns (e.g. Black Friday Way Day) across UK and Ireland

  • Oversee campaign delivery across all touchpoints including product curation marketing channel alignment pricing and tooling enhancements

  • Manage and mentor a small team of junior Associates to deliver highimpact campaigns on a biweekly basis

  • Work crossfunctionally with Commercial Marketing Data Science and Tech teams to align campaign planning with overarching business objectives

  • Collaborate with North American counterparts to share learnings iterate on best practices and elevate global campaign standards

  • Influence the broader Promotional Calendar and shape the longterm strategy for EU campaigns

  • Drive postcampaign reporting and analytics using insights to refine customer experience supplier engagement and campaign performance

What Youll Need

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics Engineering or a quantitative discipline and/or qualified by experience

  • Demonstrable experience in analytical strategic or commercial roles ideally within digital marketing consulting tech eCommerce or finance

  • A natural project manager organised detailoriented and adept at crossfunctional collaboration

  • Strong commercial instincts and business acumen you understand KPIs and how to influence them

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English

  • Ownership mindset a selfstarter with a bias for action and a passion for quality

  • Customercentric thinker with a proven ability to improve processes and deliver measurable impact

  • Highly analytical comfortable working with data to generate insights and make strategic decisions

  • Familiarity with SQL Google BigQuery or similar data tools is a strong advantage
