Lecturer in Electrical Engineering The Role:

Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking an innovative and dedicated Lecturer in Electrical Engineering to join our dynamic team. If you are enthusiastic about teaching and keen to inspire students this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Lecturer in Electrical Engineering Key Responsibilities:

As a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering you will:

  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions to students at various levels from foundational courses to advanced topics in Electrical Engineering.

  • Curriculum Development: Design develop and implement new courses and innovative teaching methods that reflect current industry standards and advancements.

  • Student Support: Provide academic guidance mentorship and support to students fostering a positive learning environment that encourages academic excellence and personal growth.

  • Research and Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development and research activities contributing to the field of Electrical Engineering and maintaining uptodate knowledge.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues industry partners and other stakeholders to enhance the quality and relevance of our programs.

Lecturer in Electrical Engineering You:

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Are an Expert in Your Field: Hold a degree or higher technical qualification in electrical Engineering or a related field. We welcome applications from both qualified Lecturers and subject professionals eager to transition into teaching.

  • Are Committed to Excellence: Aim to maximise student potential through best practice teaching contributing to high retention attendance success rates and progression.

  • Industry Experience: Practical experience in the Electrical Engineering industry will be a strong advantage.
