Your purpose
Follow our Standard OperatingProcedures consistently in order to maintain our standards of guest service andprovide a warm welcome to each member and guest.
Aidguests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner includingproviding information and booking services.
Havecomplete knowledge of facilities room rates promotions and hours of operationacross both Houses so that you can positively approach bedroom room serviceand F&B outlet sales opportunities.
Handleall guest enquiries and special requests to standard liaising withHousekeeping and Maintenance when required.
Assistguests in a courteous and helpful manner completing bedroom checkinprocedures in full offering cloakroom facilities and escorting guests to therelevant area of the House as required.
Strictlyadhere to valuable items left luggage and lost property procedures.
Effectivelyliaise with Housekeeping to advise them of departures arrivals extended staysand special requests.
Ensureeach membership card is swiped and guests are signed in upon arrival.
Whenoperating the telephones always ensure that the lines are covered and callsforwarded efficiently.
Handleall reservation requests with care following procedures in order to convertinto bedroom F&B outlet or events bookings.
ManageAlacer effectively to maximise bedroom bookings and covers particularly atpeak times.
Encourageand respond to guest feedback.
Maintainthe confidentiality and security of all visitors and their guests.
