Ingnieur Logiciel Expriment (Senior Principal) Vision par Ordinateur Algorithmes & Automatisation (H/F)
Nous dveloppons des solutions innovantes en traitement et analyse dimages mdicales (Scanner IRM) afin doptimiser la planification chirurgicale. Nos projets sappuient sur des algorithmes avancs de vision par ordinateur et dapprentissage automatique pour automatiser et amliorer lanalyse des structures anatomiques en 3D.
Dans le cadre de notre dveloppement nous recrutons un/une ingnieur(e) expriment(e) en traitement dimages mdicales.
En tant quingnieur en vision par ordinateur vous aurez pour mission de :
- Superviser la conception le dveloppement et la validation des algorithmes de traitement et danalyse dimages mdicales 3D (segmentation classification reconstruction) en lien avec les parties prenantes (Marketing Qualit Affaires Rglementaires Clinique Gestion de Projet).
- Piloter la stratgie et les dcisions lies aux aspects techniques des processus automatiss de traitement des donnes mdicales incluant les algorithmes doptimisation le machine learning et le deep learning.
- Garantir larchitecture logicielle et les choix de solutions techniques en collaboration avec les quipes.
- Analyser et corriger des problmes de conception complexes en faisant preuve dautonomie et de discernement.
- Assurer lintgration et monitorer les algorithmes aprs leur mise en production.
- Collaborer avec des experts en imagerie mdicale et en chirurgie pour adapter les algorithmes aux besoins cliniques.
- Superviser gnrer et rviser la documentation ncessaire (exigences conception architecture anomalies tests) en collaboration avec les quipes projets conformment aux procdures qualit.
- Favoriser la collaboration interquipes au sein de lorganisation pour implmenter avec succs les exigences clients et mtiers en utilisant les technologies les plus rcentes.
- Assurer une veille scientifique et technologique pour intgrer les dernires avances du domaine.
- Conseiller et accompagner les autres quipes logicielles confrontes des problmatiques techniques similaires.
- Accompagner dvelopper et influencer lensemble des quipes en construisant des relations solides.
Profil recherch
Nous recherchons des candidats passionns par le traitement dimages mdicales et souhaitant contribuer des avances technologiques dans le domaine de la chirurgie assiste par ordinateur.
Comptences requises
- Formation : Diplme dingnieur master doctorat en traitement dimages vision par ordinateur intelligence artificielle ou domaine connexe.
- Exprience : 8 10 ans dexprience en dveloppement dalgorithmes de traitement dimages 3D.
- Matrise du franais et de langlais.
Comptences techniques :
- Excellente maitrise des langages de programmation C et Python ainsi que de leurs frameworks.
- Matrise du dveloppement dalgorithmes logiciels mdicaux dans un contexte rglementaire contraint.
- Bonne connaissance des techniques de segmentation classification et reconstruction 3D.
- Exprience en machine learning et deep learning appliqu aux images mdicales.
- Excellentes capacits de communication orale sur des sujets techniques complexes.
- Matrise des bibliothques courantes du domaine (ITK VTK OpenCV TensorFlow PyTorch).
Qualits recherches

Senior Principal Software Engineer Computer Vision Algorithms & Automation
We develop innovative solutions in medical image processing and analysis (CT MRI) to optimize surgical planning. Our projects leverage advanced computer vision and machine learning algorithms to automate and improve the analysis of 3D anatomical structures.
As part of our growth we are recruiting a Senior Principal Software Engineer specializing in medical image processing.
As a Computer Vision Engineer your main responsibilities will include
- Leading the design development and validation of 3D medical image processing and analysis algorithms (segmentation classification reconstruction) in collaboration with various stakeholders (Marketing Quality Regulatory Affairs Clinical Project Management).
- Driving strategy and technical decisions related to automated medical data processing including optimization algorithms machine learning and deep learning techniques.
- Defining and ensuring the software architecture and technical solution choices in collaboration with the development teams.
- Analyzing and solving complex software design problems with autonomy and sound judgment.
- Ensuring the integration and monitoring of algorithms after deployment into production.
- Collaborating with medical imaging and surgical experts to adapt algorithms to clinical needs.
- Creating supervising and reviewing the required documentation (requirements design architecture issues testing) in collaboration with project teams in compliance with quality procedures.
- Facilitating crossfunctional collaboration within the organization to successfully implement customer and business requirements while applying the latest available technologies.
- Conducting scientific and technological monitoring to integrate the latest advancements in the field.
- Advising and supporting other software teams facing similar technical challenges.
- Supporting developing and influencing teams across the organization fostering strong internal relationships.
Profile
We are looking for candidates passionate about medical image processing and eager to contribute to technological advancements in computerassisted surgery.
Required Qualifications
- Training : Engineering degree Masters or PhD in Image Processing Computer Vision Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in developing 3D image processing algorithms.
- Fluency in French and English.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in C and Python programming languages and their respective frameworks.
- Proven experience in the development of medical software algorithms within a regulated environment.
- Solid knowledge of segmentation classification and 3D reconstruction techniques.
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning applied to medical imaging.
- Excellent communication skills when explaining complex technical topics.
- Proficiency with common libraries in the field (ITK VTK OpenCV TensorFlow PyTorch).
