What will you do

• Act as a Brand Ambassador through outbound calls texts and emails to existing customers

• Promote campaigns and marketing activities to maximize user engagement

• Monitor client performance and take proactive measures to improve customer satisfaction

• Identify opportunities to increase customer activity and conversion

• Provide ongoing feedback and participate in internal training

Candidate profile

• You hold a valid European passport

• You are fluent in Finnish and English

• You have outbound sales experience

• Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• You are detailoriented proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team

• You are flexible with working hours and capable of handling pressure

• Strong computer literacy (Excel Word Email etc.)
