As our Talent Acquisition Partner based in Munich you are securing top talent for our gotomarket organizations across DACH and BENELUX and help Malt grow its stellar team.

As part of our dynamic global People team you will be able to build and implement innovative talent strategies shape our employer brand in DACH & BELELUX and have an even wider impact through global recruitment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• You will manage the complete recruitment cycle for all DACH and BENELUX roles with a specialization in sales and gotomarket positions.
• Working in close partnership with hiring managers you will define and implement effective endtoend recruitment strategies to meet their specific needs.
• As our internal headhunter you will proactively identify engage and build a strong talent pipeline through strategic networking community partnerships impactful employer branding and innovative sourcing methods.
• Contributing to a global team you will play a vital role in enhancing our talent acquisition processes spearheading recruitment projects for key hires and supporting hiring efforts across multiple geographies.
• You will also empower hiring managers with coaching and guidance on best practice interviewing and selection techniques while consistently tracking and reporting on recruitment performance hiring success and candidate satisfaction using relevant metrics.

Requirements

About you

• You have a university degree or comparable education with 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition / recruiting for sales and gotomarket roles be it as an HR consultant or inhouse recruiter (ideally with some experience in international hiring).
• Your expertise in the German employment market and established local network enable effective sourcing.
• A fluent communicator in both German and English you excel at engaging and convincing diverse stakeholders and building lasting relationships.
• As a selfstarter with a strategic yet handson approach you proactively identify and engage top talent.
• Passionate about exceptional candidate experiences and diverse team building you leverage recruitment analytics to drive continuous improvement in all hiring aspects. process.

• Following this youll connect at the Munich office with Adrian our General Manager DACH to understand the vision and expectations from the hiring managers perspective.
• To conclude the process youll have the opportunity to meet Barbara our Chief Human Resources Officer.
