The Drug Delivery Formulation CoOp will assist the lab team in the identification of novel stabilizers and ionizable lipids for next generation genomic medicine applications. You will support the team in delivering high quality novel lipids for internal and external project needs.
This position is part of the R&D Delivery team and will be an onsite coop term from September 1 2025 May 1 2026.
What you will do:
- Support development of RNA lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations manufacturing processes at small and medium scales and analytical methods for drug substance and drug product.
- Contribute to cell/tissue culture work and running bioassays e.g. flow cytometry ELISA Western blotting etc.
- Assist in the daytoday management of the lab and perform other duties as assigned
Who you are:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Chemistry Biochemistry or any other Life Sciences discipline.
- Working knowledge of microscopy flow cytometry ELISA and Western blotting
The annual salary range for the role isCAD / year. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
