Job Description

Doyle Electric Inc. is an established 2nd generation Electrical Contracting firm focusing on enhancing our relationships locally in south Louisiana and leveraging our expertise in the commercial healthcare field. We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Tasks

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries requests and concerns via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services pricing and scheduling.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Listen to customer issues troubleshoot problems and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Process customer payments and handle billing inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional services or products to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as operations and sales to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism courtesy and customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to listen effectively empathize with customers and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly to find solutions.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
