Position Summary:
Inventory Responsibilities:
Maintain system records including billing adjustments purges and clearance code updates.
Perform monthly quarterly and yearly closing activities including transportation reclass entries and related reconciliations.
Generate and analyze reports including Open Work Order Equipment Sale Demo Target and Billed Not Received reports.
Vendor Rebate Responsibilities:
Manage various types of rebate programs including Volume Rebate Margin Rebate Special Cost Rebate ULS Warranty Rebate and Intercompany Rebate.
Oversee the full rebate cycle: billing payment received proper coding and followup on variances.
Perform monthly quarterly and yearly closing activities related to rebate writeoffs accruals rebate reserves and reconciliations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis preferably in inventory or rebate management.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet monthly deadlines.
Strong communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration and variance followup.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
