Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. This role is pivotal in aligning our HR initiatives with our business objectives particularly focusing on our field sales and retail operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the fastpaced environment and will contribute to enhancing our organisational culture and employee engagement.

As our HR Business Partner (HRBP) youll play a key role in aligning our people strategy with our commercial goals. Working closely with leaders across operations field sales and client services youll bring proactive HR support that enhances performance culture and engagement across the entire employee lifecycle.

Youll:

  • Partner with Business Unit Leaders and program managers to drive people initiatives that support business outcomes
  • Provide strategic and operational HR advice across workforce planning performance and engagement
  • Champion and embed our culture across remote and distributed field teams
  • Use data to inform decisionmaking identify trends and propose solutions to workforce challenges
  • Lead or support initiatives around talent development succession and leadership capability building
  • Guide and support managers through ER issues ensuring compliance and fair outcomes
  • Collaborate with recruitment to shape hiring strategies for seasonal and permanent field teams
  • Contribute to the evolution of our HR systems policies and frameworks to keep pace with business growth

What we are looking for:

  • 5 years experience in an HRBP or senior HR generalist role ideally within retail FMCG or field services
  • Proven ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of award interpretation casual workforces and retailspecific HR challenges
  • Comfort working in a fastpaced agile and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • High EQ and strong communication skills
  • Experience with HR analytics workforce reporting or using insights to drive initiatives is a plus
