About the Role
Be part of the Proposition and Platform team who look after the Generosity budget at Sportsbet. Generosity is about giving money back to our customers through offers and promotions to drive excitement in their betting experience.
Have accountability for the development planning and execution of our Below The Line offers & promotions for our customers ensuring we are continuing to find ways to optimise the generosity we give our customers giving the right amounts to the right customers.
Responsibilities Include
- Develop BTL Value propositions for all customers across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Commercial Value Insights and Customer research teams to use insight to shape proposition and drive commercial outcomes.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting of all BTL generosity alongside Head of BTL Value.
- Report on weekly budget performance and provide insights into commercial performance across the broader business.
- Build and communicate value plans reports and performance with key stakeholders across the business
- Lead projects and collaborate with teams including Commercial Value Customer Engagement R&T and Premium to deliver propositions to customers
- Support the Head of BTL Value in driving the culture of the team and bringing the Sportsbet values to life.
- Execute generosity campaigns with operational excellence while upholding and uplifting compliance measures.
About You
- 3 years experience in a Commercial/Marketing role or similar environment
