Project Manager Compliance & Enterprise Agreements
Location: Perth WA Hybrid
Salary: $170000 $190000 Excellent Benefits Package DOE
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to make a meaningful impact in an enterprise size organisation I am working with a client based in Perth in their search for a detailoriented Project Manager to lead a highprofile compliance and enterprise agreements project. The selected candidate will be responsible for the endtoend management of a major compliance initiative and enterprise agreement implementations. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement strong leadership skills the ability to manage complex timelines and a resultsdriven approach to get the job done.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of compliance and enterprise agreement projects.
- Work closely with the Program Director and collaborate with internal teams including Finance HR and Board Members to ensure contractual and regulatory alignment.
- Monitor risks develop mitigation strategies and maintain project governance standards.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates to senior leadership and boardlevel stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and ensure successful project integration into business operations.
About You
- Proven experience managing complex projects preferably with exposure to compliance regulatory or enterprise agreement environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies both Waterfall and Agile.
- Healthcare experience is not essential but a similar background would be an advantage.
