Duties
- Perform functional assessments for young children and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families and transdisciplinary teams to implement individualised goals.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in both oneonone and group settings.
- Support families educators and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices.

Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Experience working with young children with developmental delays preferred but not essential.
- Openness to work in an innovative dynamic and relationally informed early intervention model.
- Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in navigating digital systems and utilising technology.
- Current drivers license willingness/ability to travel to clients (pool cars provided).
