Job Description

As a valuable contributor to the Group Projects and Change team reporting to the Lead Business Analyst in this full time role based in Richmond you will be responsible for working with business and technical teams on the discovery of key business initiatives across our Dynamics 365 digital platforms.

You will make an impact by:

  • Planning the approach to Business Analysis including stakeholder identification techniques to extract requirements & template requirements
  • Eliciting requirements through communicating and liaising with stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Validating requirements to ensure alignment and technical constraints are identified and worked through
  • Producing high standard requirement documentation including user stories use cases process flow diagrams data models business requirement documents requirement traceability matrix functional requirement specification and system requirement specifications
  • Engaging and consulting with Business/Product Owners Business Users and IT to understand the current state of solutions including key metrics architecture integrations pain points and opportunities

To be successful in this role
You will bring your business analyst experience to the team. You will be a go getter with experience analysing documenting designing and delivering solutions that achieve business outcomes as well as enhancing the user experience. You will have excellent communication skills and a drive to take ownership of assigned work and outcomes.

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Business System Analysis related qualifications or equivalent work experience of 3 years
  • Technology experience in Dynamics 365 and/or Workflow & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) highly desirable
