You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Compensation Manager is responsible for the design execution and administration of all Restaurant Support Office (RSO) and Business Unit (BU) compensation programs which include base salary shortterm incentives longterm incentives and all retirement programs such as the Companys 401(k) and NonQualified Deferred Compensation plans. This position will manage a team of two. Your team will ensure compensation and rewards align with the Companys overall objectives and mission.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Analyze market data to ensure Compensation and Retirement programs are competitive to attract motivate and retain Crew
Provide datadriven insights to inform business and workforce decisions
Lead the Annual Merit Review Process preparing comprehensive reports and executive summary presentations
Ensure compensation and retirement programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements in all geographies (e.g. pay equity laws minimum wage taxation etc.)
Optimize compensation tools and processes to increase efficiency
Develop educational materials that explain our total rewards offerings
Qualifications :
5 years experience in compensation with 3 in a leadership role
Bachelors degree in business administration economics human resources or a related field
Highly organized and adaptable with proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
Strategic thinker with a businessoriented mindset with a focus on enterprise wide impact
Strong analytical written verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
Experience with HRIS systems and Compensation tools (e.g. Workday Payfactorsetc)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products: Excel PowerPoint Access Outlook and Word
