Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MD (Psychiatrist preferred) for a parttime advisory role to provide strategic guidance and medical oversight ensuring our clinical practices maintain the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide periodic guidance on clinical protocols including psychiatric evaluations medication management practices and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Serve as a sounding board for complex clinical cases when requested.
- Offer highlevel input on program development including expansion into psychiatry assessment services staffing plans or new clinical offerings.
- Participate in quarterly or ad hoc planning calls to provide feedback on business direction growth strategies or risk considerations.
- Serve as the legal practice owner to ensure compliance with Illinois corporate practice of medicine (CPOM) laws.
Qualifications:
- MD licensed to practice medicine in Illinois
- Demonstrated leadership and advisory services
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Job Type: Parttime (35 hours per month)
Work Location: Remote with the option to meet in person at our Chicago (Lakeview) office as needed.
Compensation: This role offers compensation in the form of a monthly stipend. The compensation will be reflective of the 35 hour monthly time commitment as well as commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
