- Safely and expertly deliver parts to customers as needed
- Select and stage parts for customer orders
- Craft wow moments for clientele by going above and beyond their expectations to ensure their utmost happiness
- Pick up customer returns in a timely and proficient manner
- Communicate with and educate customers on our products
- Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business
- Perform daily collection of credit accounts
- Assist in warehouse duties stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment
- 12 years of prior driving experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Valid drivers license and a clean abstract required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and eager to improve
- Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload time management and setting priorities
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
