Registered Nurses
Excellent opportunity for New Grads to gain clinical experience!
Up to $2500.00 Signon Bonus!
Pay Range: $45.00 $50.00 per hour
Day Shift Evening Shift Night Shift
Monday to Friday Rotating Weekends Weekends as needed

Registered Nurse RN Duties:
- Uses nursing judgment and knowledge of gerontological nursing to set priorities and make decisions.
- Meets nursing operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production productivity quality and customerservice standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.
- Implements physician orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Performs standard nursing treatments and observes resident for desired and unwanted effects.
- Assesses & implement Residents care plans when conditions warrant a change as necessary.
- Completes care plans and other documents as assigned.
- Complies with the confidentiality of all resident information as per HIPAA and corporate guidelines.
- Supervises directs and/or provides resident care when assigned.
- Establishes personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons as a representative of the facility.
- Provides support to patients friends and families.
- Provides information to patients and health care team by answering questions and requests.
- Resolves patient needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Maintains documentation of patient care services by auditing patient and department records.
RN Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have an active / unrestricted NYS Registered Nurse License
- Should have excellent clinical assessment skills
- Ability to make good independent decisions
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- LongTerm Care Experience Preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
