Job Description:
Licensed Practical Nurse Private Duty Nursing
Location: Middlesex County
Pay Rate: $29$33/hour
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (Day Evening Weekday Weekend)

As we expand our Private Duty Nursing program in Central New Jersey were actively building a team of compassionate and skilled LPNs to provide 1:1 care in the home setting. If youre looking for flexible work and meaningful connections with your patients this is a great opportunity!
What Youll Do:
- Deliver inhome nursing care to adult or pediatric patients with chronic or complex health conditions
- Support patients with Gastrostomy tubes Tracheostomy tubes seizure disorders neurological respiratory and muscularskeletal disorders
- Ensure patient safety comfort and dignity while following care plans
- Communicate with family members and clinical teams to ensure highquality care
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital LTC home care etc.)
- Experience with Trach or Gtube care strongly preferred
- Must have own vehicle
- Comfortable working independently in home environments
- Compassionate adaptable and detailoriented
