What Youll Do:
- Ensure client satisfaction through postservice followups and prompt resolution of concerns.
- Make multiple phone calls to follow up with unresolved estimates leads and reminders of service due.
- Handle incoming calls texts and emails with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Price jobs/services and create estimates.
- Schedule and coordinate services manage delays and communicate with customers and technicians.
- Ensure client satisfaction through postservice followups and prompt resolution of concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to maintain seamless workflows.
- Assist in onboarding new team members for a smooth transition.
- Manage invoicing payment followups and office supplies (including snacks!).
- Oversee office maintenance ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Report office progress and propose operational improvements to senior management.
- Take on new tasks as needed demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
