Job Description
- Manage full lifecycle web and application development projects following SCRUM Agile CMMI methodologies
- Manage development teams including business analysts architects developers and testers etc.
- Provide development and release schedule into the master schedule
- Provide LOE and cost estimates and project management reporting on development activities
- Ensure teams to follow scrum and make recommendations and implement improvements
- Work with the program manager and team to help the team to meet SLA and customer expectations
- Work closely with the customers to improve requirement gathering testing and support process and customer satisfaction
- Qualifications
- 5 years in managing development projects
- Agile SCRUM certification required
- Must have hands on experience with software development projects
- Work experience in NIH Federal Health IT agencies research and academic institutions are a plus
