The Animal Care Center is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team!
Our ideal candidate:
Selfmotivated
Works well on a team
Organized and detail oriented
Possesses superior customer service skills
Loves pets and their people
Must be able to lift 30lbs
Basic math and writing skills
Responsibilities include:
Interacting with clients and coordinating communication between doctors assistants and the clients
Providing topnotch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs
Answer and triage phone calls from clients
Schedule appointments and procedures monitor client flow from checkin to check out
Discharge patients
Managing record and medication refill requests client education
assisting in keeping our hospital clean
