About the Role:
Are you a creative and driven engineer with a passion for innovation in fiber optic technology Were looking for a talented R&D Product Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing nextgeneration fiber ribbon and ribbon fiber cable products. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cuttingedge product development within a fastpaced growthfocused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of advanced fiber ribbon and ribbon cable products.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including manufacturing quality and product management to bring innovative solutions from concept to production.

Conduct product testing validation and improvement based on performance analysis and customer feedback.

Prepare detailed engineering documentation drawings and specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Materials or related field).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design and engineering with a focus on fiber optic cable products.

Handson experience designing fiber ribbons and ribbon fiber cables.

Proven background in the fiber optic cable manufacturing industry.

Strong problemsolving abilities and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
