Job Description
- Treatment of infants children adolescents adults or geriatric patients according to the active plan of care as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
- 1:1 patient nursing care
- Administration of prescribed medication treatments and therapies
- Documents all activities assessments nursing actions responses and coordination of care
Qualifications :
- Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
- Current CPR with BLS
- Home Care experience (preferred)
