Job Description
Lead a team of professionals in creating memorable events and experiences for our guests. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional to orchestrate and deliver exceptional service. Be instrumental in ensuring flawless execution and exceed expectations through creativity planning staffing training and communication.
- Oversee all banquet operations including planning staffing and execution of events to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales culinary and event teams to coordinate logistics and ensure all event details are executed to client specifications.
- Manage and train banquet staff fostering a highperforming team with strong attention to service standards and professionalism.
- Monitor event budgets and costs ensuring profitability while maintaining exceptional quality and service.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations maintaining a clean and organized banquet environment.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a leadership role within banquet operations or event management in the hospitality industry.
- Minimum of two years experience in a comparable role.
- Exceptional leadership communication and teambuilding abilities with demonstrated capability of motivating and guiding teams toward achieving high standards.
