A successful Customer Service Representative must consistently demonstrate the companys Mission and Values. Must have good oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers drivers and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer serviceoriented as well as teamoriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Customer Service Representative must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with a constantly changing atmosphere. Finally they must have a strong mindset for growth as we are continuously striving to expand business.
