Job Description
Reboot Staff is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Montgomery AL. This position plays a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through professional communication and problemsolving.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson in a timely and courteous manner
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Process orders forms applications and requests accurately
Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products and services
Document all customer interactions and update records as needed
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer concerns
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree is a plus
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using customer service software
