Job Description
We are seeking a professional and highly motivated Client Service Associate to join our team in San Antonio. In this role you will serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met and projects are completed to satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
Manage client accounts and ensure timely responses to inquiries
Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and client expectations
Prepare and deliver reports presentations and updates to clients
Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining longterm relationships
Resolve client concerns in a professional and efficient manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred
2 years of experience in client services account management or customer relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
