Captura Hall is seeking a reliable and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our Atlanta team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers providing timely and effective assistance while ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate is proactive organized and dedicated to offering exceptional service in every interaction.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Process orders forms applications and requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs
Follow communication procedures and guidelines
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta GA
