Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Akron OH. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment while ensuring efficient inventory control and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Receive unload and organize incoming shipments
Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment
Maintain accurate inventory records
Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies
Keep the warehouse clean organized and compliant with safety standards
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified)
Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift certification is a plus but not required
