Job Description
We are currently seeking a detailoriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our growing operations in Montgomery AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting updating and maintaining accurate information in our systems and databases. This position is essential to ensuring the integrity and organization of our business data.
Responsibilities
Accurately input data into internal systems and databases
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain electronic and paper records
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Generate reports as needed by management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position is preferred
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
