- Create strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on digital communication channels (Notifications Inapp onsite and mobile solutions etc.).
- Build an inbound marketing plan (annually).
- Manage the communication strategy of Metro offline and online retail services.
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords Facebook etc. to increase communication touch.
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update digital channels.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics Ads GTM etc.).
- Measure ROI and KPIs.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies uptodate and monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or relevant field.
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with email campaigns Google Ads etc.
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics WebTrends etc.).
- Perfect knowledge of CDP (Customer Driven Marketing Platforms) serving tools.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a companys success.
- Analytical mindset critical thinker and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in complex multinational environment.
- Experience working in a retail company is a significant plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
