Job Description
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Implementation and Administration/IT Operation:
- Endpoint/Extended Detection and Response (EDR/XDR) solutions.
- Microsoft Defender (for Endpoint Cloud Identity Cloud Apps Office 365).
- Sophos Intercept X (EDR/XDR) and Sophos SG/XG Firewall.
- Standardization and Automation of workflows using appropriate scripting tools.
- Planning Design and Execution of commissioning and operation for EDR/XDR solutions.
- Handling and execution of complex assignments.
- Assisting in the preparation of decisionmaking templates and concepts.
- Installing and maintaining associated tools.
- Developing and planning service concepts.
- Managing order processing.
- Ensuring adherence to agreed service levels.
- Creating documentation.
- Project Information (Shared customers of OS GmbH)
Qualifications :
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
- Masters degree or relevant certifications
- At least 3 years of experience with:
- Microsoft Defender solutions (Defender XDR)
- Administration of Endpoint/Extended Detection and Response (EDR/XDR) solutions
- Operation of Microsoft Defender (Endpoint Cloud Identity Cloud Apps O365)
- Operation of Sophos Intercept X (EDR/XDR) and Sophos SG/XG Firewalls
- Installing and maintaining related tools
- Desired certifications such as:
- SC900: Microsoft Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
- SC200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst
- Sophos Certified Technician Central Endpoint and Server
- Languages:
- English: Upper intermediate (B2)
- German: Nice to have
- Other qualifications:
- Experience in implementing IT solutions
- A handson mentality with strong organizational and planning skills
- Team player with excellent stakeholder alignment skills

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1500 /brutto.
