Profile
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has successfully managed the implementation and roll out of multiple software projects and managed support after the roll out. The candidate should be able to work in a fastpaced environment where priorities can change quickly and timelines are tight. The person should be dynamic proactive and be able to work effectively in a demanding environment. The ideal candidate would be decisive outspoken with the ability to articulate their ideas clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Role
This role needs an individual who is organized proactive and is able to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from various departments. You should be someone that takes full responsibility for the project and its delivery. It requires you to be first in line to interact with the users of the application listening to their requirements / problems and finding ways to fulfil / resolve them with the help of the project team. If successful in the role you will be able to see the impact of what you have done in the operations of the business. Must have
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business management or engineering or any related domain
- 5 years of experience in managing project rollouts and managing support
- A deep understanding of modern software development practices
- Strong organizational management and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools like Gitlab or JIRA.
Nice to have
- A good understanding of the basic concepts around modern applications like REST APIs
- Coding experience in software project with any programming language
- Basic knowledge of writing SQL queries
- Experience in rolling out software projects across multiple regions and clients.
