Job Description

This role based in Singapore will report directly to the Director of Growth Strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our customer base across 18 markets in APAC Europe and Turkey by making datadriven decisions and taking swift impactful actions.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous contexts takes full ownership and effectively influences stakeholders across the organization.

  • Lead a highperforming growth strategy team fostering a culture of ownership dataled decision making and rapid resultsoriented execution

  • Own and drive performance of core KPIs including customer acquisitions and monthly active user growth

  • Generate analytical insights that guide marketing teams toward opportunities for growth with clear actionable paths to capture them

  • Manage marketing budgets and processes to allocate resources strategically prioritising investment into scalable and sustainable growth initiatives

  • Partner with local market teams to implement strategic priorities and ensure aligned budget utilisation across regions

  • Collaborate with marketing product data and local teams challenging teams to drive innovation in growth initiatives

  • Develop and deliver clear performance reports to senior leadership enabling informed decisionmaking and OKR tracking

  • Lead growthrelated projects with multiple senior stakeholders covering topics that range from individual growth channels to organisationwide initiatives


Qualifications :

  • 7 years of experience in growth or strategy; experience in ecommerce or a platformbased tech startup is most relevant

  • Proven track record of driving user growth and improving KPIs across acquisition engagement and retention

  • Good understanding of growth channels including incentive design online marketing channels and lifecycle/CRM strategies

  • Highly analytical and structured thinking with a passion for numbers and problemsolving as well as a strong ability to think creatively

  • Capable of handling multiple projects and tasks prioritising effectively and working independently in a fastpaced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited for senior management

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; basic knowledge of SQL
