Your role
Being part of our Senior Strategic Sourcing team you will be a key enabler for integrating Sales Project Management and Suppliers in customer tenders to achieve competitive businesses and customer satisfaction.
As Strategic Sourcing Manager within BU Procurement Digital Battlespace Solutions (DBS) at Saab Surveillance you will be part of our senior strategic team and work closely with the sales management from DBS and bidteams to flow down customer requirements into supplier contracts and purchasing orders.
You will act as lead for large sourcing cases in complex systems for Saabs Major projects within DBS and be commercial responsible for supplier contracts compliance towards these contracts as well as maintaining Supplier Relationship Management with the most strategic suppliers.
You will manage large spend towards complex system suppliers and secure transparency between customer and supplier commitments through the execution of DBS projects.
Your profile
You are a businessdriven Strategic Sourcing Manager with >5 years of experience from strategic procurement. Besides being passionate about doing business negotiate global contracts with suppliers you are skilled in developing relationships with suppliers and internally and have an analytical eye in combination with strategic thinking.
We are a small team and work close together. It is important that you are a team player are flexible and have the right attitude.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering or related field
- Strong business acumen
- Knowledge and application of supplier contract strategy negotiations contractual terms and contract administration
- Analytical skills ability to plan organize and implement multiple tasks
- Excellent Communication and Influencing skills in both English and Swedish
- Proven Project Management capability and understanding
- Experience of Stakeholder Management
Experience from defense industry or techindustries is a merit.
