At SK TES we take care of old IT equipment securely responsibly and with as little waste as possible. We collect laptops phones servers and enterprise products from both private companies and the public sector wipe them clean of data and either recycle or resell them so they get a second life using the highest data security standards. Were a small team of 15 people in Sweden located in Jnkping and part of one of the worlds biggest players in this field. Globally SK TES has over 40 sites with 2600 employees in more than 20 countries. THIS IS THE MISSION
Drive growth through sales This is a commercial leadership role at its core. As our General Manager you are expected to actively drive new business build longterm customer relationships and expand the client base with a particular focus on the public sector. Revenue expansion is key to the longterm success of the Swedish business and you will play a key role in identifying opportunities opening doors and converting prospects into loyal customers.
Build the local brand and market presence SK TES is a global leader in IT asset disposition with a growing presence in the Nordic region. Strengthening local brand visibility is an exciting opportunity both to support sales and to build trust in a market where security and compliance matter. You will lead efforts to position SK TES as a reliable partner in both the public and private sectors and help clarify and communicate the value of our offering across the Nordic region.
Unlock more value from the Swedish operation As our General Manager you will be responsible for developing the full potential of the Swedish site not just through sales but by improving internal processes and exploring new areas of value creation. That could include further development of battery recycling local refurbishment capabilities or other commercial initiatives aligned with SK TESs global strategy.

Youre comfortable speaking with everyone from warehouse staff to senior executives and you create structure focus and confidence through steady peoplecentered leadership and highly developed communication skills.
