We are expanding our team at the Global Innovation Center in Vrgrda and are looking for an engineer with a focus on embedded devices.

About the role
As an Embedded Developer you will contribute to the software platform for Autolivs nextgeneration safety products working closely with system ECU and platform teams.
Youll be part of a small agile group focused on rapidly industrializing new ideas playing a key role in Autolivs global digital strategy. The team operates in an international environment and collaborates with colleagues worldwide.

Development spans AUTOSAR environments and involves C C Simulink and Python for both functionality and automation. Work is carried out in close cooperation with system experts verified through vehicle and virtual testing and managed using Git and Azure DevOps. The role covers the entire Vcycle making experience across all development phases from requirements and design to integration and testing especially valuable.

Automotive background is highly appreciated.

Relevant Experience

• Minimum five years of experience in software development within advanced control systems and automotive technologies
• Profficiency in C C and Python
• Handson experience in automotive systems
• Experience in software design including safety critical systems (as ISO 26262)
• Knowledge of software architecture unit testing system testing and integration testing
• Handson experience with requirement management tools and version control systems (e.g. Git Azure DevOps)
• Experience in AutoSar
• Familiarity with the Automotive CAN protocol
• Fluency in English both spoken and written

• Valid B drivers license
• Swedish
