Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent support and mentorship to team members promoting both their personal development and professional advancement.
- Manage daytoday team activities ensuring alignment with company policies including attendance monitoring and addressing any performancerelated concerns.
- Promote a positive teamoriented atmosphere by encouraging open dialogue and organizing regular team meetings or interactions.
- Recognize and respond to learning and development needs at both the individual and team levels collaborating with internal departments to implement effective solutions.
- Play an active role in helping the organization meet its goals by supporting comprehensive training and growth initiatives.
- Uphold consistent service standards that reflect the companys values guidelines procedures and key performance expectations.
Skills Experience and Qualifications
- Nativelevel or fluent Turkish skills (minimum C1) with excellent written and verbal communication abilities as well as English fluency (B2)
- At least experience duration e.g. 12 years of relevant professional experience Note: please confirm or complete this point.
- Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to team management and continuous improvement.
