Job Description

What will I be doing
- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues for the tower / podium / meeting rooms / public areas.
- Monitor all operations that affect quality / advise on effective solution / procedures to enhance.
- Supervise and guide the team for better usage of FFE / Assets Conduct trainings if needed.
- Assure the reliability and consistency of maintenance bychecking processes and final output
- Report all malfunctions toengineering team / contractors / owners to ensure immediate action.
- Facilitateproactive solutionsby collecting and analysingquality data from BMS / Automation systems.
- Review current standards and policies of WAL and ensure its implemented at all aspects.
- Keep records of quality reports statistical reviews and relevant documentation
- Provide method of statement for executing maintence related activities.
- Ensure all legal standards are met for new projects / modifications / Daily operations.
- Communicate with external 3rd parties if needed to certify critical systems.
- Daily onsite inspection / reports provided to DOE

- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- BSc/BA in relevant field
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc).
