- Provide visionary leadership to a diverse team of hospitality professionals fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue profitability and market share
- Oversee all hotel departments including front office housekeeping food and beverage and maintenance
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the property
- Manage budgets financial reports and cost control measures with precision and foresight
- Handle guest feedback proactively resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Ensure compliance with local regulations industry standards and company policies
- Adapt hotel operations to align with local cultural norms and business practices in Qatar
- Lead crisis management efforts and navigate highpressure situations effectively
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar senior hospitality roles
- Proven track record in financial management revenue optimization and strategic planning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
- Advanced problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities particularly in highpressure situations
- Experience in luxury or upscale hotels preferred
- Indepth knowledge of Qatars hospitality industry local regulations and cultural sensitivities
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to and thrive in diverse cultural environments
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage
- Professional certifications such as Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) are highly desirable
- Expertise in crisis management and handling complex operational challenges
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
