As a Procurement Specialist you will joina team where individuals collaborate effectively support each other and work towards shared goals. You will be responsible for cocreating OneProcurement for both divisions in Poland sharing knowledge with other Procurement Specialists while looking for new solutions and contributing to constant teamwork improvement

The Opportunity:

• Manages endtoend process in the assigned procurement categories while sharing values across both Polish divisions.

• Creates and executes local sourcing strategies across multiple spendpools in Pharma and Diagnostics.

• Operates with a truly open mindset and ensures all procurement needs are met for both Polish divisions

• Leads and drives specific strategic procurement initiatives across Polish divisions. Manages and influences crossfunctional teams. Frequently interacts with DIA (Diagnostics) and Pharmas colleagues and customers in order to cooperate with others; might conduct presentations of indirect project activities.

• Builds lasting relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders from both Polish divisions bringing a strategic sourcing perspective to all key processes.

• Conducts and monitors negotiations across the applicable categories of spendpool contract planning negotiation execution interpretation and maintenance;

• Identifies and drives productivity improvements by leading joint supplier/unit teams pursuing cost reduction opportunities in alignment with the sourcing strategy.

• Develops & executes supplier relationship management with an ability to build longterm business relationships

• Implements procurement strategies to maximize supplier leverage in a complex matrix organization (in DIA and Pharma division)

• Has knowledge of contract types and familiarity with the contract law (consulting with the Legal Chapter completing contracts and signing them and maintaining related documentation filing in this area)

Who you are:

• You have 3 years as a Procurement Partner / Specialist with indirect procurement experience

• You are proactive selfdriven with a high commitment to cocreate OneProcurement team with a positive cando attitude

• You show a desire to make an impact as a part of a highgrowth transformational team that is Bold Relentless Curious and Collaborative.

• You are engaged and supervised take responsibility for completion of tasks

• You are able to work both independently and in crossfunctional teams

• You show analytical skills capability of processing big data sets & drawing right conclusions.

• You bring strong negotiation skills

• You demonstrate success in facilitating crossfunctional teams in an international matrix environment

• You have exceptional ability and demonstrable experience in working on your own initiative.

• You have excellent communication including successfully owning designing and facilitating workshops.

• You present experience in managing multiple priorities and projects in parallel.

• You have fluent Polish & English

At Roche we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with inperson collaboration. For now we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week.
