Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Order to Invoice (OTI) Manager to lead the EMEA operations within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This individual will oversee a team of approximately four team leaders and their respective teams driving operational excellence across billing order management and related OTI processes. The role is critical in ensuring flawless daytoday execution acting as the regional point of escalation and serving as the primary business partner interface for commercial and functional stakeholders in EMEA.

This position will play a vital role in process standardization performance optimization and change management within a complex multicountry environment.

Location:Warsaw hybrid model work (2 days in office)



Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily Order to Invoice operations for the EMEA region ensuring timely and accurate processing of Customer sales orders and contracts billing and related transactions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 Team Leaders across multiple countries fostering accountability performance and development.
  • Monitor service levels KPIs and SLAs to ensure adherence to business expectations and contractual obligations including managing the BPO SLAs/KPIs.

Business Partnership & Escalation Point

  • Act as the face of OTI for the EMEA business maintaining strong relationships with Sales Customer Service Finance and other crossfunctional teams.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for complex operational issues ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
  • Represent GBS in regular business reviews providing insights and status on performance issues and improvement initiatives.

Standardization & Process Improvement

  • Identify and drive opportunities for process standardization and harmonization across the region while accounting for countryspecific requirements.
  • Lead or support global and regional initiatives to automate digitize and streamline OTI activities.
  • Ensure highquality documentation (DTPs training guides) and controls are in place and updated regularly.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with local tax legal and statutory billing requirements particularly in complex jurisdictions such as Germany France and Italy.
  • Work closely with Controllership Tax and Legal teams to address regulatory updates and risks.
  • Participate in internal audits and SOX compliance activities where applicable.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Order to Cash or Shared Services roles including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of endtoend Order to Invoice processes including billing compliance revenue recognition and order validation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multicultural teams and operations across multiple countries.
  • Experience SAP and OTC tools; familiarity with reporting dashboards and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Proven track record in leading standardization and transformation projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages (e.g. German French) are an advantage.
