Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices streamlining processes and integrating cuttingedge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
Payroll Senior Assistant
Submit and analyze Payroll related change requests to clarify the scope and objectives provide timely feedback to change request owners and communicate subsequent steps
Identify project team members and define their roles and responsibilities from a BPO perspective
Determine the level of effort and timelines required for implementing specific changes and assess their impact on team capacity and resources
Establish the necessary governance level for changes including plan maintenance status monitoring risk/issues management and meeting facilitation
Consult with regional operational teams to gather feedback address concerns and highlight any challenges that may not have been considered
Coordinate testing procedures and manage the process updates or new requirements resulting from new program governance initiatives
Collaborate with BPO operations teams to manage impacts in live countries
Prepare communications and update monthly change emails specific to the new program governance section based on professional service provider communications.
1 year of experience in Payroll operations and in a PMO support role within a project team setting
Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
Experience with SAP HR & Payroll and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of change management processes and governance
Excellent analytical communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities analyze complex project scopes and provide strategic insights.
