Lead and supervise investment projects for EV charging stations including planning site development construction installation testing and documentation. Ensure compliance with timelines budgets (CAPEX) and quality standards.
Design & Compliance Oversight:
Oversee the design and build process of charging sites ensuring efficiency usability and compliance with legal (e.g. Electromobility and Alternative Fuels Act) and internal corporate requirements.
Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Deployment Partner & Location) external contractors suppliers and cooperative partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Operational Support & Process Improvement:
Participate in contractor/supplier engagement logistics (e.g. chargers energy supply insurance) and integrate customer feedback and technical innovations to enhance site design and functionality.
Regulatory & Market Awareness:
Stay up to date on legal market and technical developments to support compliant and forwardthinking infrastructure development.
Reporting & IT Tools:
Manage reporting duties and use internal project tools in coordination with the Deployment team and the wider EDRI Group.
Technical & Industry Knowledge:
Experience with design software (e.g. AutoCAD) technical documentation under Polish building law and grid connection procedures (low/mid voltage); SEP certificate (up to 1kV) required
Project Experience:
Proven track record in managing and overseeing energy and charging infrastructure projects (Design & Build); familiarity with project tools (e.g. SiteTracker) is a plus

Analytical wellorganized creative and eager to learn in a fastchanging industry; strong team player with adaptability to new challenges
Work Flexibility:
Willingness to work remotely (part/fulltime) and travel extensively within Poland; valid category B driving license required

The team currently employs more than 170 people and operates more than 6.600 public charging points across 10 European countries: Sweden Denmark Germany Netherlands Poland United Kingdom Czech Republic Italy Hungary Romania and Netherlands. Together with location partners EDRI will expand its network by installing 1000 additional high power charging points per year.
